This is such a great (although upsetting) story. As I read this, I am sitting next to my best friend's two aging parents. I've spent the past few days watch him order their food and talk to them like children, which is tough for me because I've known them for over 15 years. With that being said, I can't imagine how hard it is for you or my friend. Thank you again for the information and know that it will be extremely useful for a lot of people.
