In my previous article, I describe and define professional coaching.

To further elaborate, I wanted to discuss the various types of professional coaching. Although most professional coaches practice executive coaching, there is a need and demand for other types of coaching that help people achieve their goals. Despite their various definitions and domains, the essence of professional coaching should be practiced regardless of the overall outcome. Some coaching requires a more hands-on approach, such as business and nutrition coaching. However, the coach should still strive to be a partner reflecting the client’s experiences and infusing their solutions into the engagement.
